About

Growing up, I knew that I wanted to be a barber. I was always practicing skills that I learned on family members and friends. I would visit different barber school campuses as I wanted to fulfill my dream. However, when my mother fell sick due to cancer those plans were put on hold. After her successful Chemo and Radiation treatments her hair started to grow back. Aiding in her care taking, I found myself helping her shampoo, blow dry and straighten her hair since she was unable to raise her arms.

After about 6 months of attempts to style my mother's hair, I showed a few pictures to my barber and cousin and they both encouraged me to go to school for EVERYTHING! They helped me realize I could service both men and women clients! In 2008, I graduated from Capri Pivot Point in Oak Forest Illinois.

Since graduation, I have worked in salons including; Take One and Cut on Michigan Avenue in Downtown Chicago, to the suburbs of Chicago and have even taken my talents to a salon in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, where I worked in 2011. I have also had the pleasure to be mobile and travel to various clients to deliver my services nationwide.

I have always been about the integrity of the hair and have even driven clients to clinical labs to their scalps inspected by scientists who focus on the study of hair.

This is my passion and I am happy to work with some of the best clients there are!

Please feel free to send any inquiries or questions and hopefully we will talk soon!

My Mission

When I was thinking of a name for myself… I thought about what makes great hair. I believe a great foundation is what makes great hair. Just like an architect helps a client envision a structure, I wanted to do the same. Help a client envision a goal and achieve it! My mission continues to be helping clients achieve their hair goals. To serve my clients with integrity by being loyal to them. To give superior customer service consistently with happy relentless attitude.

Our Mission

My Vision

I would like to take the bad stigmas out of hair. GOOD hair vs BAD hair. I believe that there is no such thing and I will continue working diligently on helping everyone figure out what works best for their hair.
